Qualification: Civil Engineering
Number of Requirements: 01
Reporting: Head of Department
Communication: Good English
Experience: 10 -15 yrs
Experience Required: Experience in Civil construction, Shed construction, warehouse construction, Steel structure design etc
Salary: 5.4 Lac per annum CTC
Roll & Responsibilities
- Complete execution of Project including scheduling and monitoring.
- Coordination with engineers
- Site Execution of civil work within the time frame and within the Budget.
- Responsible for end to end project construction
- Licensing work
- Coordination & liaison with Government Authorities for necessary approvals and documents
- Inspecting field sites to observe, evaluate condition, the operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements.
- Coordination of bills and payment collection for ongoing projects.
- To check the drawings provided by various design consultants and integrate into the project.
- Putting together specification and requirements for civil/structural works contracts.
- Site visit, collection of site data, its analysis and design of structures.
- Measuring, recording of work in Measurement book and preparation of bill for the Quantity of work.
- Prepare Daily Progress Report.
