We have opening in our Molecular Biology. Please find below profile:

* Perform Quality Control Validation and other quality activities to verify performance of clinical assays
* Maintain Equipment by performing assigned maintenance activities and troubleshoot unexpected problems with equipment. Follow laboratory policies and procedures such as attendance and time reporting policies.
* Record Data to monitor temperatures of incubation equipment and other equipment's required as per the SOP.
* Evaluate inventory of supplies and reagents and communicate order needs.
* Perform IQC, reviews (IQC outliers' documentation) troubleshooting of errors RCA, CA, PA with the help of section head and doctors.
* Monitor Integrity of specimens prior to processing.
* Evaluate specimens received by the dept and organize workflow as per the protocol generated to provide optimum efficiency of testing & TAT of results.
* Perform proficiency testing to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
* Perform daily maintenance and additional Maintenance protocol as per SOP.
* Extract denature and purify DNA/RNA from assorted specimen types.
* Perform PCR, hybridization and genetic sequencing methods
* Evaluate results to determine interference, inhibition or other problems that arise during extraction, amplification or sequencing of DNA.
* Maintain records of test results and archive of data.
* Operate complex equipment and computer programs related to equipment and LIS system.
* Monitor pending reports as per protocol and strive to maintain desired TAT.
