Objective:-
This position will be accountable for the following objectives at given work area:
1. Marketing , Communications,Sales/ Business Development To develop new clients for selling of ready mix concrete.
2. Responsible for achieving sales targets.
3. Find new potential customers in market place.
4. Finalizing the orders as per company norms like (giving quotations, collect purchase order and also confirm the order).
5. Maintain customer relationships.
6. Having good contact with Architects, Engineers, Builders, Contractors and Cement based industries.
7. Gather information from customers about upcoming projects.

Nature of experience:
Must have worked in sales department of RMC or Building Material companies
Specific skills / Personal attributes:
Leadership Qualities in Business, Good in communication, Confident, Self Motivated, Analytical abilities, Hardworking, Energetic & Proactive & good in interpersonal skills.
