About us:
At Akshaya Patra Foundation, we are well aware of the impact of our Free Mid-Day Meals served in Government Schools, focusing on eliminating classroom hunger and attracting more children (enrollment) to schools and ensure to keep them in school (reduce dropout rate) by feeding a filling, nutritious mid-day meal, every school day.
Looking for candidates who is passionate or experienced in Sales for Revenue Generation activities.

Position Purpose:
Maintains and grows relationships with existing corporate and individual donors. Proactively identifies and develops new sources of financial support to meet annual fundraising goals, primarily through execution of special event fundraisers.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Proactively identifies prospects, building and maintaining a pipeline to grow donor partnerships.
- Identify, qualify, prepare, and execute effective sales strategies that maintain the existing base of Clients / Customers and support the close of competitive and revenue growth opportunities.
- Effectively utilize and update sales tools to accurately address trends in existing base of business, create call strategies, and to manage territory and strategic business plans.
- Tracks and reports progress to the Team Leader / Fundraising Manager.
- New client acquisition / HNI Client Acquisition.
- Promotional Activities, Lead Generation, Cold Calling and Fixing appointments.
- Client meetings
- Develops a deep understanding of Akshaya Patra Foundation's mission and goals to effectively communicate to the giving community.

- Experience in Business Development / Sales / Insurance Sales / Corporate Sales / Institutional Sales / B2C / Customer Sales / Customer Service / Marketing / Advertisement Sales / Concept Sales / Field Sales / Direct Sales / Direct Marketing / HNI Sales / HNI Acquisition / New Client Acquisition
- Ability to deliver presentations
- Proven end to end sales skills - prospecting, pipeline management, closing and negotiation
