JD:-1. Handling business & sales operations in 5-6 districts. 2. Mass distributor contacts in all districts & areas. 3. Minimum 10 years experience from FMCG. 4. Manage sales team which consists of sales Executives 5. Appointing dealers based on their track records to the different states territories. 6. Responsible for acquiring new business sales
7. Prioritizing the work on a daily basis.
8. Conducting market research to analyses sales opportunities in the territory and Developing New markets.
9. Managing to meet companies sales targets.
10. Provide complete market feedback, product development, Product launch.
11. Leading the Head of the Sales & Marketing department
12. Expand business of existing products in existing Areas.
13. Preparing Sales forecast by annually, monthly & make sure targets is achieved
