UI Lead Developer - Gurgaon - Gurgaon @ TrueFan

Roles and Responsibilties

Responsibilities:

- Implement the Front End technical design and development of enterprise-class web application
- Deliver required development tasks in a timely manner while also helping and guiding other team members.
- Contribute to technology selection, PoCs, software architecture.
- Collaborate with other parts of the technology team, including product management, QA, Market, etc. to deliver a solid product. Educate the engineering team on design principles and architectural choices made. Help the engineering team surmount situations as part of the implementation
- Conduct code review of projects as presented by your manager and provide feedback.
- Review technical requirements provided by the business for key projects in order to take concepts from design to delivery.
- Provide solid software/component-level designs supporting technical requirements.
- Transfer accrued knowledge to other team members through the use of meetings, walk-through, conference calls, and other appropriate methods.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering (strongly preferred), or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of solid development experience in UI Development.
- Strong and proven ability in design thinking in a modern software world. Passionate about code and software architecture.
- Effective communicator at all levels, excellent interpersonal skills, strong business focus
- Strong cloud-focused development skills.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering (strongly preferred), or equivalent work experience.
