Technopak has been involved in numerous projects with apparel manufacturing companies across Asia and Africa. Over the last 26 years, Technopak has focused upon developing skill levels for senior, middle as well as operators through a combination of classroom and shop floor training. The skill development process is based upon scientific training methods developed as a part of AAMT (Advanced Analytical Methods of Training) training program. We are also working with the Government of India into the Skill Development Domain.

Job Description: Business Development Manager, South Asia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sale of products, processes or services within the WGSN portfolio
  • Achieve above average growth targets
  • Develops and implements plans to achieve and exceed growth targets by thorough business planning and forecasting
  • Actively promotes WGSN's services and capabilities to build presence and credibility in the industry
  • Shares personal experience and knowledge with the wider WGSN teams in order to develop capabilities for the broader organization

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to handle monthly sales targets and understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with high level of proficiency working across teams to architect solutions to problems even when the offerings to address those problems do not currently exist
  • Able to communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
  • Ability to assimilate customer challenges/needs into commercial opportunities for business development
  • Ability to guide and develop prospects in maximising value of the WGSN portfolio
  • Able to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions to deliver results
