1. Oracle Presales Specialist with minimum 15+ years industry experience in various domain such as Manufacturing/ Finance/ Telecom/ Banking etc
2. Minimum of 15 + in Oracle Solution, BID Management, Estimation, Costing and end to end Proposal and Lead closure skills
3. Strong in Oracle ERP (R11/12) and Fusion Cloud. Has strong Functional background with hands on experience in Oracle eBiz R12 Financials, HRMS, Payroll, SCM Solutioning Skills
4. Solution skills at least 6-8 years in SaaS, PaaS, Iaas in Presale and Bid Management
5. At least 4 to 6 end-to-end implementation experience
6. Influence Cross Functional teams across domains such as Financials, SCM, HRMS,CRM etc
7. Communicates effectively the techno functional and architecture expectation on deliverables and identifies architecture risks. Provides inputs on project timelines and estimates.
8. Provides subject matter expertise on functional, data design and development.
9. Proficient in ERP programming standards and best practices such as AIMS
10. Documentation skills BP080, BR100, TE040, MD50, MD70 etc
11. Collaborates with operations to ensure effective infrastructure and operation support.
12. Besides Oracle ERP, has strong domain knowledge in two or more areas Order Management, Service /Ticketing, Procurement, Inventory, Provisioning, Billing, AP, AR, HRMS and Payroll etc.
13. Must be able to work directly with business users and analysts to understand and document requirements
14. Should have excellent communications skills.
15. Strong hands-on technical skills on -
a. Oracle R11i, R12 (e-Business suite) and associated development skills
b. Ability to support Tech Team on Oracle/PL SQL development (Proficiency in Stored Procedures, Triggers, Batch processing and Performance tuning is a must)
c. Ability to Support Tech Team on RICE/CEMLI Components, Workflow, Oracle Alerts, Oracle Forms, Form personalization

Industry: IT, ITes, Telecom

Key skills: Oracle ERP R11/12 modules, GL /AP/ AR/ FA/ CASH Management, HRMS and Payroll / SCM/ SaaS/ PaaS/ IaaS.

Skills on Oracle Projects/Project Accounting/Costing/i-Expense will be a plus
