WE ARE HIRING FOR Scrum Product Owner FOR ONE OF OUR PRODUCT BASED CLIENTS.

Responsibilities:
Be the voice of the customer and represent the customer's interests within the team
Define and communicate the vision and goals for the product
Accountable for developing and executing product roadmap
Work with internal and external customers/stakeholders to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
Collaborate with the key stakeholders to translate the business requirements into user stories and formulate the "Definition of Done" to ensure project delivery on time and quality
Responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog items (epics/user stories) based on business value or ROI
Ensure that the user stories in the product backlog is clear and well-articulated with detailed specifications of the product features
Ensure the scrum team clearly understands the items in the backlog for proper estimation , implementation of the backlog items and seamless delivery
Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement collaborating with the Scrum Master
Communicate the vision and goals to the team at the beginning of every release and sprint
Continuously review the business requirements and refine priorities, outline milestones accordingly and identify any risks and opportunities
Accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product
Regularly engage with teams (throughout the development lifecycle) to address any impediments/risks
Actively participate and work closely with teams during retrospectives with a view to identifying continuous improvement opportunities
Track and communicate the status of the projects to customers and key stakeholders
Keep abreast with agile/scrum best practices and latest trends


Skills and Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a product owner in the industry
Strong experience in working with Agile / Scrum environment as a Product Owner (- Creating user stories and coordinating the development workflow through user story acceptance)
In-depth knowledge of agile principles and process
Hands-on experience in product life cycle management
Strong domain knowledge
In-depth understanding of automotive industry trends and market conditions
Outstanding communication, organizational, relationship-building , time management and collaboration skills
Excellent attention to detail
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
