Job Description

From NBFC background training experience;
UMT fitment / KMT if candidate is too good;
Based at Madurai
Travel yes; In and around Madurai, Dindigul, Theni, Tirunelveli, Nagercoil, Kochi, Calicut, Tvm etc.
Must know Tamil; Malayalam would be a bonus

HRMS target based training completion;
Training Delivery:
Conduct RUB induction Programs; REB induction programs; LAP Induction programs;
conduct refresher programmes for all the verticals;
Technology training for TAB based environment; CBS like Profile; M-Care, MF collections;
HR Trainings like: PF & Gratuity training, GPTW survey training; soft skills like: Team Building; Motivation, Communication, Grooming etiquette etc.
Sales and customer service training;
Training Need Analysis
Field Visits
Organising & Co-ordination:
Fixing training venues; co-ordinating with Hotel vendors for food, accommodation (within budgets; and based on agreements) for participants, co-ordinating and ensuring participation and completion of training in an effective manner; Timely submission of MIS and other reports; Co-ordinating with business verticals for training needs;
