Job Description
Education: Person should have Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
Software: Can read and interpret Civil, structural and Architectural drawings using Auto cad 2D, 3D.
: Can read civil, structural and architectural drawings. Familiar in using BIM, STAAD.
: Knows Indian codes in the area of structural engineering.
: Can use Microsoft office
: Can use MS Project to prepare schedules.
: Should carry personal Laptop with Windows 10 or equivalent, should have valid and latest Auto cad, BIM, STAAD, MS office, MS Project licenses and other software required to execute the job.
Work Experience:
- Person should have at least 5 years of experience and completed minimum 2 projects in mechanical construction management in Residential/Commercial/Industrial building with an area of minimum 10,000 square meter with steel structure.
- Person should have experience in erecting steel structure both site-fabricated and PEB.
- Person should have skills in installation and testing of Chillers, compressors, AHU, Fire pump house, cooling towers.
- Person should have experience in installation and testing of fire protection, compressed air and other process piping.
- Person should have experience in setting up construction safety systems, track safety results and make action
- Plans to improve safety results.
- Person should have experience in setting up construction quality systems, track construction quality results and make action plans to improve quality of construction.
- Person should have experience in preparing construction schedule, can partner with other disciplines in preparing
- one coordinated schedule for project. Person should have experience in planning and allocating resources, can take required actions to keep the schedule on track.
- Person should have experience in material control.
- Person should have skills to read construction drawings, help site team to resolve issues related to drawings, interference etc. Can suggest required changes in the drawing if needed.
