Job Description
Leading Recruitment Agency requires Client and Talent Acquisition Manager at Mumbai / Delhi NCR.
Primary Responsibilities would include Development of New Business opportunities and also acquiring New Clients.
Cold calling on clients; maintain clients data base for all clients visited or spoken to; Client Servicing.
Generating new clients pan India Bases .
Must also be competent and efficient in sourcing of CVs,Headhunting, Reviewing of CVs sourced by others for Different Verticals such as Constructions , Detailed Design Engineering for EPC, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure, IT, Education, Healthcare,Hospitality, FMCG, BFSI, Automotive and E commerce (Zomato ,Sweiggy, Amazon , Ola ,Uber and all Essential services sectors.
Should be faimilar and be able to follow up with the candidates andline up and interview till closure of the Positions ..
Having good personality, with sufficient and relevant experience and own good database of professionals & Clients ; well versed with life cycle of Placement & Staffing business.
Having own Naukri ,Monster paid job site subscriptions, computer or Laptop, high speed internet, mobile with STD/ISD facility, preferably own conveyance for client meeting
Compensation
Revenue sharing upto 40 % received from client once payment credited into company account less TDS and other Taxes application (if any ) case to case basis .
