Essential Functions Of The Job
Must have experience in 7QC Tools - (Stratification, Histogram, Check Sheet , Cause-and-effect diagram, Pareto chart, Scatter diagram , Control chart)
Relevant experience as a Quality Analyst with International BPO Experience with hands on experience(Mandatory)
Good communication skills
Advanced skills in Excel (charts, formulas, macros) & PowerPoint
Some experience with Lean or Six Sigma a plus
Shift timing - US Shifts (Rotational)
