Asa Senior Product Owner, you will be working with variousinternal and external stakeholders to define product requirements for one ormore initiatives and with communicating the same to development scrumteams to ensure fulfilment of the product requirements to maximize businessvalue. The role provides a lot of autonomy and responsibility
- Work withand manage the needs of a range of stakeholders to clarify business andengineering requirements
- Translatesystems design and/or business requirements into actionable user stories,prioritize the stories and deliver releasable increments every sprint
- Provideleadership to the development team, painting a vision for the future andbreaking it down to delivery slices
- Manage theteam s delivery against multiple contending priorities
- Follow theprogress of work and ensure production issues get resolved with urgency
- Fosterengineering excellence and a collaborative culture
- Ensure thatrequirements are met, and the development team is building the rightthing for the customer
- Effectivelymanage a growing product backlog and stakeholder expectations
- Able toeffectively run product backlog grooming, estimation and planning
- Work witharchitect and development team to identify functional and non - functionalrequirements of product and break them down in to thinly sliced Epicsand User Stories
- Keep teamunified, motivated, and connected to the goals of the organization
- Continuouslyimprove team processes and validate scope estimations
- Identifydetailed acceptance criteria for deliverables
- Communicatestatus and deliverables to stakeholders and collect feedback for thedevelopment team
- Createanalytics to measure and continuously improve development initiatives
MinimumQualifications
- Bachelor's degreerequired
- 7 years ofexperience in Web and Cloud Technologies and Productdevelopment
- Able tomanage a product using Agile/Scrum Principles
- Experienceworking with product management on goals alignment and risks measurement
- Humble,collaborative, team player, willing to step up and support colleagues
- Effectivecommunication, problem - solving and interpersonal skills
- Commitmentto increasing knowledge and understanding of how to improve existingapplications
- Enthusiasmfor cutting edge technologies, complex problems and building things
- Excellentexperience of Software Development Lifecycle, Quality Assurance
- Self - starterwith excellent time management skills and organization skills
- Excellentcommunicator, both verbal and written
PreferredQualifications
- Hands - onexperience on Java 8 , Spring, Spring Boot or any of the Web & Cloudtechnologies
- CertifiedScrum Product Owner or Advanced Scrum Product Owner
