Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of sales or sales support experience.
4 years of people management experience.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA or equivalent post graduate degree.
Experience in project management.
Demonstrated organizational skills.
Adept at data analysis and gleaning compelling insights.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for annual revenue, productivity, and product priority goals for a subset of clients.
Recruit, retain, and develop a sales team. Stay updated on Google product solutions and be trusted advisor to clients and the team.
Set strategy and take ownership of execution to deliver annual and quarterly revenue goals. Work with your Manager (Head - IN MMS) to plan and execute strategies.
Manage sales pipeline, and stay updated on C-level meetings, winning joint business plans, quarterly reviews, pitch/win rates etc.
Lead and develop exec level relationships/network through C-level meetings, reviews and engagements.
