Job Description
DevOps ArchitectAttract, mentor and lead a global team of DevOps engineers and architects who have built a market-leading GRC and IRM product portfolio deployed at Global, Enterprise, and Mid-Market customers in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will drive technical and strategic vision by clearly articulating ideas and direction to all stakeholders and strive to continuously improve the process of software delivery from estimation to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective cross-functional leadership skills: working with engineering and operational teams
across US and India to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and reliable - Demonstrate Leadership in a fast paced, high velocity, scaled agile environment with highest
quality standards and feedback loops - Provide technical direction, guidance, and hands-on technical leadership. Person must be able to
participate in code reviews and coding as needed - Define Configuration management solutions to meet needs of application deployment and
management - Review deployment and operational environments, i.e., execute initiatives to reduce failure,
troubleshoot issues across the entire infrastructure stack, expand monitoring capabilities, and
manage technical operations - Implement continuous delivery & drive initiatives to automate processes
- Design & build solutions that move data from internal solutions to cloud-based solutions
- Lead and influence the architectural design of features by determining quality and adhering to
specifications - Generate stats and dashboards to increase visibility, recommendations & actions on infrastructure, health, flow of value & quality
Skills and Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engg & architecture [ of which 5+ years in DevOps
architecture] - Fast learner with strong tool agnostic automation skills
- Hands-on Experience with Cloud technologies (>= 1 of top 3 cloud vendors), microservices,
containers, Kubernetes - Understanding of web architecture: load balancing, high availability, disaster recovery, security
best practices, configuration management. - Expert in 3 or more of the following tools and systems: Linux, Docker, Continuous Delivery,
Jenkins/ GitLab CI, Ansible, Oracle/ MongoDB - Preferably from a development background hands on with Java, Python, Groovy/ Kotlin
- Demonstrate Leadership in a fast paced, high velocity, scaled agile environment with highest quality standards and feedback loops
Education
Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering. (Masters preferred) Two or more technical
certifications
