We have an opening for the post of Development Manager - Agency Channel with our Organization.

Job Description:

Building a team of PFAs / Agents
Identifying prospective PFAs / Agents as per the guidelines of the organization.
Activation of successfully appointed new PFAs / Agents and ensuring their motivation to sell.
Achieving the number of active PFAs / Agents in his / her team as per the organisations targets.
Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals.
Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs / Agents.
Identify training needs across the team.
Maintain ongoing communication and connect with the team to share details of upcoming contests, R&R, processes, etc.

Job Locations - Yamunanagar, Karnal, Rohtak, Gurugram, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Dehradun
