sales executive(junior and senior)
Experience in Sales and Marketing , Customer service,
Handling Big clients, Project managers, Architects
Visit client place for better understanding the
requirements and suggest client accordingly.
Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team,
and independently with minimal supervision, on multiple
projects.
To Generate leads & attend to clients on a daily basis.
To understand client requirements, take measurements at
site, prepare quotations & attend negotiation meetings to
close the order.
To maintain a tracker for each client and be in constant
touch with client to update on the status of work
happening at backend.
Achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets for
each region.
Provide timely, accurate competitive pricing.
Striving to maximize profit margin.
Monitoring and coordinating of all documentation for
purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract
negotiations & finalization f or purchase.
HR:
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and
business ethics codes and ensures that they are
communicated and implemented within the team.
Payment outstanding
Monitor payment outstanding collections from the clients
against approved credit limits to collect payments within
due dates.
