Maintenance Engineer - Chennai - KG @ Kg Foundations

Job Description

• Coordination with Customers, all internal teams to complete snags in the offices / homes of customers / projects and resolve all customer related maintenance issues.
• Quality Assurance & Quality control
• Prepare/Verify BOQ/Estimates
• Contractor Bill verification & recording Joint measurements
• Raising Material intends, receipt & issues
• Reconciliation of client supplied materials
• Progress reviews, Time & Cost Follow up
• Co ordinate with other project departments
• Follow all Electrical inspectorate rules, Acts & Safety norms
• Coordinate with Associations / FMS / Technical Teams
• Handle all site related activities.

Required Candidate profile

B.E /DIPLOMA (Electrical) with 5 to 8 years of experience in the MEP/Project Electrical/Maintenance field preferably from project execution side. Should have positive attitude, good team player, can take ownership of all related processes
