1. Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in USA and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions.
2. Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill
3. Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing
4. Client relationship management
5. Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support
6. Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project
7. Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business
