Job Description

Minimum qualification should be a Graduate (No standing arrears).
Min 1+ yr experience in Telesales / Telemarketing process(NO FRESHERS).
Experienced candidates should be from outbound telecalling background either from Retail Outbound telesales, Collections or Retention.
Must have good communication skills in English.
Fluency in any regional language is a must without any traces of colloquial accent and Multi-lingual will be added advantage.
Should be very ambitious, goal oriented and target focused.
Willing to work on day shift on rotational basis -WFH / WFO.
Should have smart phone with 4G Volte Connection with good network and internet stability.
Ability to manage stress.
Good listening and negotiation skills.
Basic Excel , Word&Average typing speed.

Direct Selling , Up-sell, Cross Selling, B2C, Day to day packages sales and lead generation profiles would be considered.
