We are looking for "Customer Service Agent" with the following skills

Location: Goregaon (West)

Notice Period: 15 days / 30 days

Job Description:

• Proven customer support experience.
• Should have atleast 2 years of experience working on US process.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to effectively work with a team
• The candidate will have to work on US east coast time and the expected working time would be from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Willing to work in night shifts.
• Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time
• Possession of interpersonal skills to be able to relate cordially with different classes of people
• He/she should be open minded and enthusiastic towards excellence.
