Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for Business Development Associates to join our fast growing team in Crozaint. You will be responsible for lead generation to help us further grow our business across the globe. You will be required to be quite hands-on, ensure there are tele-prospecting end-user accounts, as well as ensuring that all in-bound and out-bound leads are being handled in a timely manner. You will also track all leads within the CRM tool, enter call notes, and manage yourself escalate to reporting manager to achieve the revenue goals.

Roles Responsibilities:

  • Be a crucial member in building a world class team focused on delivering according to business objectives.
  • Ensure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management system
  • Deliver information on programs, promotions and products via phone, email etc.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a weekly basis
  • Influence (or impact or promote) market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.
  • Exceeds various business objectives
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive accountterritory plan.
    Create articulate compelling value propositions around Crozaint s services.
  • Influence (or impact or promote) customer adoption.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports
  • Work with OEMs, Partners and distributors to extend reach influence (or impact or promote) adoption.
  • Develop case studies.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Expect moderate travel.

Basic Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of technology related sales; marketing or business development experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Extensive people contact network.
  • Sales experience with infrastructure solutions a bonus.

  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

Candidate should be a Graduate.
A technical background in engineering, computer scienceMIS or equivalent work experience preferred

MBA in Marketing preferred.
