Job Description

Appointment of new dealers
Determine strategies to establish our brand.
Brand management and promotional event planning
Achieve Sales targets
Monitor dealers' sales performance periodically
Product and spares Inventory management
Provide market inputs for demand forecasting
Involve in sales strategy formulation tasks
Regular Branch / warehouse operations as per standard systems and procedures
Inventory verification
Dealer assessments
Dealer management
Service coordination
Responsible for Policy implementations
Sales reporting
Sales promotional activities

Required Candidate profile

Knowledge

In Domestic & Agri rural segment sales, Dealer network, Inventory management, Customer satisfaction & bringing up new ideas in the critical business process of the Company.

Skills
