1. Deep understanding of content market in any of the regional languages (Gujarati), familiar with most recent trending videos consumed by local audience
2. Choose qualified videos and promote on social media platforms and be responsible for in-app content.
3. Participate in launching and operating "hashtag", follow up the hot spots in the regional language (Gujarati) and carry out innovative publicity.
4. Monitoring local content ecosystem, collaborate with data team to improve the diversity of in-app content, give feedback / guidelines to user operations to acquire right content needed in the community.
5. Possess a strong understanding of our product, our competition in the industry and position to leverage them into impact marketing activities 6. Managing the creator community of regional language (Gujarati), keep creators active on TikTok and constantly producing good regional language content
7. Work closely with the music team to optimize the music experience for regional language user.

Required Candidate profile
1. Bachelor's degree from a premier university or college2. Gujarati as the mother tongue or the advanced level as the mother tongue, familiar with the Gujarati culture and its dynamic information of society / entertainment / sports / fashion / technology and other related fields
3. A strong interest on mobile video App products and collaborating across cultures
4. Fluent in English, good communication skills, and not afraid of the challenges
5. Previous working or internship experience with digital media or social content platform is preferred.
