Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Keep prospective client database updated
  • Make cold calls for new business leads
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiation
  • Support in writing new business proposals
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
  • Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
  • Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  • Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new services.
  • Determine new opportunities by analysing business needs.
  • Assists in the development of annual sales goals.
  • Assists in the completion of monthly targets.
  • Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulatemarket analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
  • Build referral and lead generation network.
  • Understanding a client's or organisation's SEO marketing
  • Objectives and making strategies to implement them for the desired results.
    Optimisation of web pages through various on-page or off-page methods to improve its rankings on the search engine result pages.
    Doing extensive keyword research to implement the proper usage of keywords in the web pages.
    Being updated with the latest technology changes in the search engine algorithms and current SEO techniques.
    Preparing periodic reports on the SEO activities and their impact on the web page traffic to show progress to the clients or the management.
    Reviewing the SEO activities of a business to make sure that there are no security issues.
  • Corporate expansion with prospective clients For Expansion, Relocation, starting offices, Warehousing, Industries , Retail & Malls
  • New Client acquisition through Corporate tie ups and Business Development from new and existing clients through cold calling, followed by client meetings
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
  • Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Development of proposals, PPts agreements and pitches for prospective Clients
    Personal visits to corporate involving presentations of the company and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion.
  • Work as an interface between sales Teams and Clients for sending suitable proposals viewing of suitable options closing till signing agreement
    .Handling responsibility and coming up with suitable options and inputs wherever required either from clients and Sales Team for increasing the closure probability.as customer satisfaction.
