Involving in Market Segmentation and targeting the customers group by developing the appropriate strategies Gathering Customer Requirements , Processing & odder execution Handling customer complaints and taking corrective / preventive actions Customer Feedback collection , analyzing and updation of the conclusions to the concerned Doing Competitor products analysis Maintains Post - delivery relations with the customers Periodical analysis of the product enhancements by competitors and giving the inputs to design team Regular data maintenance and generation of MIS reports Need to go on ON Duty as per the business requirement to the concerned location Eligibility Male candidates with MBA Marketing - Fresher Ready to travel & work anywhere in India Ready to sign 2.5 years service agreement with the company
