We are looking for an agile, results-driven, detail-oriented digital marketer to own the direction and execution of our strategic efforts to increase brand awareness, qualified lead generation, and sales. Applicants must be confident and willing to jump into a fast-paced environment, where he/she will be required to work independently and take ownership of various initiatives. Primary Job Function: Leveraging the latest digital marketing techniques to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads via different marketing campaigns.
Essential Job Requirement:
Plan and execute multiplatform digital marketing campaigns.
Own our brand messaging strategy and standards. Work closely with the management on the scope and direction of content creation.
Develop and execute and ongoing content promotion strategy.
Own the SEO initiatives and implement SEO strategies to increase qualified web traffic.
Act as the community manager on our social media accounts and promote brand awareness via social media posting.
Manage the paid advertisement campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Create landing pages and other conversion opportunities.
Help creating marketing collaterals - flyers, case studies, white papers, promotional videos, etc.
Work with sales team on lead qualification, marketing-to-sales handoff process.
Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, results from the lead generation activities, number of social media followers, results from the paid ad campaigns, etc.

Required Candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
Hands-on expertise with on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Previous track record of success in a digital marketing role.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and other related platforms. Experience with Hubspot CRM is preferred.
Passionate, creative thinker with good analytical skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Highly accountable and ethical.
Willingness to work USA (EST) business hours.
