Sample calculation of what you can earn the moment you are at 30% of total fee:

Assume that the candidate provided by yourself joins at Rs.40 lakhs per annum
Annual CTC (if accepted by the company) : Rs. 3,33,333/- per month
Your fees is 30%(as per above Terms) : Rs.99,999/-
The amount is for just one successful placement. You can earn much more as your placements multiply the value due to you.
Terms of Contract

This agreement is between the Contractor , herein ONI ENTERRPISES, a Recruitment Consultant and the Contractee, herein the person agreeing to this contract and signing to work from home
This Contract cancels all previous contracts if any between the contractor and the contractee.
Contractee's Job:

(1) To read the order that we send to you and ask if you do not understand same.
(2) To identify resumes from your contacts and ask if you do not know how to do so
(3) Talk to them about the vacancy without revealing the name of the company, over Whatsapp (free) or any free call facility or Video Facility and ensure that they fit the vacancy concerned. If you need help then, you are free to contact us to help you close any candidate on your behalf.
(4) Send list of shortlisted candidates to us for our further shortlisting or quality check or for us to interact.
(5) Ensure that the candidate appears for the schedule of interviews by speaking with them
(6) Ensure that the candidate joins the company if selected
(7) Ensure that the candidate stays for a minimum period of six months . He must behave properly with the employers in-spite of all odds.
(8) Inform us in advance if you hear anything negative from the candidate that indicates he may wish to leave and then convince him to stay for a period of six months or more
(8) You agree to send daily, to ONI ENTERPRISES, Excel sheet or Word Document Daily Reports of Progress per Vacancy allotted to me. If the progress is not satisfactory then ONI ENTERPRISES is free to allot the same vacancy to anybody else with due explanation and 3 warnings.
Contractee's Qualification/Experience:

(1) You have been working for a recruitment consultancy or the recruitment division of any company for long periods of time
(2) You must not be working in any company presently. You are ideally home based and can dedicate time to this effort.
Rules:

(1) You will not divulge the name of our client to any of your past employers or present friends working for Recruitment companies.
(2) You shall not contact our clients for a minimum period of 2 years post the date when you know vide our email, the company where your candidate is to face an interview.
(3) You shall follow the Selection Path as given above or tell us how you desire to operate, bottom-line being that the candidate must join the offices of our client company and remain there for a minimum period of 6 months or more
(4) You have to submit Daily Reports and Progress reports. If you need help then, you are free to contact us to help you close any candidate on your behalf.
Your Fee per recruitment and Terms of Payment of your fees:
First Successful placements:
(1) For the FIRST PLACEMENT: You shall be paid 10% of the total fees if and when received by us for having placed your candidate. This is if and after he joins successfully and only if and after the payment due to us is credited to our account. The payment shall be made to you if and after the candidate completes six months from the date of his joining, and only if and after the payment due to us is credited to our account. We shall make a bank to bank payment. We shall send you a copy of the bank statement and also the GST paid to the Govt. The GST Component shall be removed from the amount due to you, unless the Government insists that you pay GST on services rendered by yourself.
(2) FOR THE SECOND PLACEMENT : Provided you prove to be self sufficient or on the discretion of ONI ENTERPRISES, you shall be paid 20% of the total fees if and when received by us for having placed your second candidate. This is if and after he joins successfully and only if and after the payment due to us is credited to our account. The payment shall be made to you if and after the candidate completes six months from the date of his joining, and only if and after the payment due to us is credited to our account.. We shall make a bank to bank payment. We shall send you a copy of the bank statement and also the GST paid to the Govt. The GST Component shall be removed from the amount due to you, unless the Government insists that you pay GST on services rendered by yourself.
(3) FROM THE THIRD PLACEMENT ONWARD: Provided you prove to be self sufficient or on the discretion of ONI ENTERPRISES, you shall be paid 30% of the total fees if and when received by us for having placed your candidate. This is if and after he joins successfully and only if and after the payment due to us is credited to our account. The payment shall be made to you if and after the candidate completes six months from the date of his joining, and only if and after the payment due to us is credited to our account.. We shall make a bank to bank payment. We shall send you a copy of the bank statement and also the GST paid to the Govt. The GST Component shall be removed from the amount due to you, unless the Government insists that you pay GST on services rendered by yourself.

When does this contract end:

After 3 emailed warnings to your last known email id, we send you an email to your last known email id ending this arrangement. Or if ONI ENTERPRISES discovers serious omissions or commissions that hurt the long term interests of ONI ENTERPRISES then we are free to terminate this contract without due notice to you.
How do we begin:

If interested, then , ring us up as per details provided over the net.

Or, send us your resume by return mail, along-with the following message,
'Dear ONI ENTERPRISES, Recruitment Consultants, my name is xyz(your name). I am resident at(your address). My resume is attached. I am interested to work as a Home based Contractual Recruitment Consultant.
I have read, understood, and agree with the Terms mentioned herein. I agree not to divulge any details of vacancies conveyed to me to my email id .xxxxxx(mention your
email id) by ONI ENTERPRISES , the contractor, from their email id [HIDDEN TEXT], from time to time, as, in such a case I , the contractee, shall be penalized by the courts of law for loss of commercial gain to ONI ENTERPRISES . I commit to maintain all secrecy in this regard. I commit to send daily reports of progress to the contractor. I commit to follow the system and rules laid out by ONI ENTERPRISES and that which may be modified to meet business challenges, to ensure successful placements on a global basis.
