We are looking for HR Operation with minimum 1 5 yrs for Hyderabad location
JD:
Good to Excellent Communication Skills.
International experience (No Gulf experience will be considered).
Ready to work in US rotational shifts.
Monitoring Employee performance against parameters
Performance Tool
Designing Performance Tool preferred
Designing Bell Curves preferred
'MS Office (Need to be proficient on MS Excel reporting skills)
