Technical Support Specialist, based in Mumbai office, to provide support to technical and admin staff across Americas/Europe/Middle East and APAC. Responsible for software support, maintaining, advancing and securing IT support

Required Candidate profile

At least 2 years relevant experience at troubleshooting Advanced Desktop and Server support skills with Azure Active Directory/Windows 10/Office 365/Sharepoint/MS Teams experience

Experience working in an international company
