Role Description:
Developer role is responsible for developing, testing and maintaining the application/s with established processes.

Reporting relationship:
This role will report to Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager

Technical Skill Set:
Core Java, OOPS
JS/JSP
Web services
OIM (11g or 12g) OR OKTA or SailPoint
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain technical designs based on requirements
* Develop application code for programs while following coding standards
* Develop and execute unit tests
* Complete Analysis & documentation as required by the project
* Support application testing and resolve test defects
* Report status updates as required by the project
* Follow established project execution processes
* Get actively involved in Training, self-development & knowledge sharing
Must Have

Education: Graduate - Bachelor's degree (any stream)

Other: Strong technical skills. Knowledge of SDLC. Good aptitude, positive attitude, strong reasoning and communication skills. Must be a good team player. Good analytical skills and research oriented.

Mandatory Skills:

* Solid knowledge of one or more of the three IDAM technologies mentioned below

o Oracle Identity and Access Manager
o SailPoint IdentityIQ
o OKTA
* Should have worked on connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system integration.
* Developed custom connectors
* Good OOPs concepts Core Java, J2EE
* Worked on Restful API
* Markup languages (like XML/JSON),
* Database Concepts & SQL (using RDBMS like oracle)
* Developing test cases using JUnit, Application server (Weblogic / Websphere/Apache) - Basic configurationIDE (like RAD/Eclipse/Intellij),
* Understanding of Versioning tools & Branching strategies (ClearCase/SVN/GIT),
* Working knowledge of CI & Build tools like Jenkins, Maven
* Knowledge of SDLC (like Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, SAFe)
* Able to work in a Red Hat Linux O/S environment (Navigation, Editing with vi, Shell Scripting)
