Coordination Engineer - Hyderabad @ Happho

Job Description

As a Coodination engineer nbsp;for the Happho: You will lead all stages of house construction for our customers You will be responsible for nbsp;discussion with client on issues, making decisions to resolve those issues and covey them to the contractor Update Head office team daily and weekly progress/ issues You will work collaboratively with cross-functional team You will ensure that all stakeholders are kept up-to-date on all key deliverables Thorough nbsp;knowedge of civil engineering and house construction is required Excellent Communication skills in English and in any one of the regional language A Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering is a must Payment shall be made on monthly basis for the number of projects handled. The rate shall be decided on the type of project, location and client requirements (Starts from Rs. for the Happho: Inspect the site/ work as per the checklist provided Send photographs of inspected work/ completed work after inspection Write your nbsp;recommendations/ rectifications on the job and make sure contractor understands the rectification procedure Thorough nbsp;knowedge of civil engineering and house construction is required An experience handling quality or as site engineer at any construction site A Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering is a must Payment shall be made for every inspection. The rate shall be decided on the type of project, location and client requirements Additionally, you can earn by referring customers who want building construction, contractors and material suppliers
