-Good Knowledge of Operating Systems Windows and Linux
-Scripting Windows PowerShell/Batch, Linux Bash/Shell
-Database SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
-Editing of XML file, XSL/XPATH knowledge
-Experience with deployment in distributed environment
-troubleshooting, integration and communication of different IT systems
- Knowledge of the main communication protocols: FTP, SOAP, HTTP, VPN Technologies
-Experience of application deployed in Cloud environment
- Graph Database (Neo4J, Cypher language)
Functional Responsibilities:
-Remotely assist installation of software in Linux/Windows environments and configuration of the Antares Application modules
-Installation of SQL servers and integrate with customer's IT system
-Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issue discovered during the Antares L3/L4 software deployment
-Ensuring a customer's satisfaction and delivery according to the expected and agreed timelines
-Help customer in resolving issues. Document software Change request. Maintain issue logs
-Communication and coordination with internal team members to get the issue resolved.
