Extensively involved in sourcing through job portals & several sources like LinkedIn, Google groups, internal database, referrals, contacts, mass mailing and cold calling.
Screening, Hiring & short listing of the candidates as per requirement
Conducted campus placements/ Walk-in/Mass Recruitment
Conducted Induction & Training programs for the employees
Events and Celebrations: Organized and hosted events on all festivals and targeted the activities to keep full employee participation
Work Relations: Conducted exit formalities, open house, one-on-one sessions to ensure the smooth functioning of the system.
End to end activities of vendor management
Stationary management which includes purchasing and maintaining inventory of office equipment.
Travel management of Managers/ Sr. Engineers/Engineers
