Job Description

1) Take new or renew insurance policies for Assets, Property, Liability, Health, Vehicle, Marine, Domestic Credit insurance.

2) Renew policy of ECGC Limited for Export Sale.

3) Lodge claim of insurance with respective insurer.

4) Get settled claim lodged and receipt of claim amount.

5) Maintain and update claim register in time.

6) Provide sales turnover and ageing details to respective domestic and Export credit insurer.

7) Detailed working for debit notes to be issued on Divisions|Units for utilities consumption, Service overhead.etc.

8) Work out and raise invoice | debit note for utilities consumption for outside agency and occupants other than employees

9) Monitor and follow up for collection.
