Job Description

Business Analyst Position.
Skills set required for the position are :
Fluency in English communication (Written and oral).
Good understanding about Business and Client requirements.
Able to analyze and define Functional & non-functional requirements.
Ability to conduct Stakeholders meetings (at any hierarchy levels)
Analytical, Communication & Consultation skills (at all Business, Software & Information levels)
Able to define Project/Product Scope using Optimum Solutions/Suggestions
Experience in Technical Documentation, Market Research and Gap Analysis.
Experience in Business/Use Case Development, Business Process Mapping with Technology, Translate Technical aspects to Business Requirements and Features, Business Process Improvement activities.
Knowledge about the latest Technologies and its features are highly desirable.
Good Analytical, Communication and Problem-solving Skills.
Ability to prepare documents and agreements if required on all Business and Project Activities
Ability to manage Cost/ Benefit Analysis.
Supports on Project Implementations and Signing-offs.
Note: Resource should be willing for On-Site.
