Job Description
- Should have managed all phases of SDLC namely Requirements gathering, analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, Post implementation support.
- Must be ADEPT at estimation, resource utilization, Task allocation.
- Must be good at people management, team management , must be able to groom and mentor team.
- Must be good at stakeholder management(esp client relationship management) both internal and external.
- Must be good at status reporting.
- Must be well versed in agile methodology.
- Must be a good communicator both written and oral.
- Must be adept at risk/issue management/mitigation.
- Must be good at Scope/schedule/cost management.
- Should have experience in handling .Net or Uipath Project and team members ( Mandatory ) .
- Healthcare domain knowledge is an added advantage.
