DescriptionThe IT project leader for HR leads IT projects in the HR and Communications area from initiation to business value realization. The IT project leader designs and implements all information processes and systems needed to achieve sustainable goals setup for his project. The IT project leader acts as System Matter Expert for all IT systems in the HR and Communications department and maintains and develops the portfolio of IT systems according to the HR, Communications and IT strategy of the company.
The main activities and responsibilities
- Manages projects.
- Engineers business processes.
- Proposes and implements solutions.
- Acts as System Matter Expert.
- Maintains IT systems.
- Maintains technical and training documentation
- Organizes functional forum and train the trainers.
- Second line support.
- Manages relationship with IT vendor.
- With BPO s and IT Partner HR, develops the IT system landscape of HR and Communications according to Business and IT strategy.
- With project team, delivers the project on time, in budget and according to specifications
- With other ITBP s, integrates processes in other business domains..

- Knowledge of HR and Communications business processes.
- Knowledge of IT systems for HR and communications.
- Strong project management skills. Delivers project on time, in budget and according to specifications.
