Job Description

• Receive training and perform duties in several departments such as Finance, Client Services, Sales and Operations.
• Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business.
• Monitor performance progress with management & Report on progress of goals and objectives
• Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning and customer service as needed.
• Assist the Management team during the business follow ups, arranging the meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
• Involve in day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Achieve individual, team, and company goals

Required Candidate profile

• Candidates should have high levels of energy, possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives
• Good Problem solving & Leadership skills; Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Interest in working with Flexible shifts
