Position : Senior Sales Officer
Location : Siliguri & Guwahati
Experience Req. : Minimum 7- 14 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
v Gathering market insights for optimum utilization of company resources.
v Ensuring Achievement of primary Sales Target in Assigned Area.
v Ensuring Achievement of Primary Sales target of all reporting SR/TSI
v Ensuring Growth in Sales, month on month basis in assigned territory.
- v Doing self-working on BIZOM, All reporting's, Completing SO form activity for all retailers .
- v v Daily checking and Monitoring TSI work on BIZOM, Use available reports to give feedback on a daily basis.
- v Implementation of DMS by All distributors in the assigned area.
- Developing all reporting TSI/ SR's improving their Quality and Quantity of work.
- Team Management -Ensure healthy working atmosphere with in team, professional behavior and business hygiene.
- Ensuring Minimal attrition of TSI/ SR.
- Scouting talented candidates from field and inform the ASM.
- Sales Planning and forecasting.
- Periodic performance evaluation of Team and giving feedback.
- Execution of all designed strategy by self and Team.
- Working in close coordination with Super stockiest, Distributors and Retailers.
- Ensuring all Marketing activities are conducted as planned, regularly in touch will Key Accounts, Daily monitoring of coverage, distribution and sales progress
- Ensure for every SR -Formation of retailers list - 12 beat 480 outlets with complete details of address / Mobile, current NI sales and Potential to sell Brand.
- Ensure for every SR -Territory Plan - As per population data select most potential territory and plan Number of retailer to be covered in that territory, Number of Beats, frequency of coverage, ensuring full 24 day work is planned for every month.
- For every SR, Design STP (Standard Travel Plan) for coverage of these territories with shortest and most economical method in order to protect ROI.
- Monitor Secondary Sales and Closing Stock of all Distributors on monthly basis and ensure secondary sales are in line with Primary.
- In order to ensure secondary Sales - ensure every SR/ TSI visit 40 retailers per day, gives demonstration through NI folder, ensures availability, put POP and collect orders.
- Send daily sales report to ASM for analysis and guidance.
- SO needs to do Filed work for all working days, meeting retailers and collecting POB along with TSI's
- Follow up for Payments from distributors on weekly basis as per Aging report sent from HO.
- Timely Submission of all reports for self and Team.
- Development of weak SR's and Territories.
