Job Description
1.As a (TSE) Technical Support Engineer provides works on field tickets and RSG tickets as well, based on the company demands and ticket flow.
Experience in Server Hardware is mandatory2.TSE must be well versed on Field replacements & procedures to be followed onsite on all major OEM models.
3.TSE need to call RSG team for any kind of help required on action plan / replacement procedure or anything else on technical front.
4.TSE need to escalate to delivery head for any escalations on RSG or customer escalations.
5.TSE need to be well dressed in a formal / professional while going to customer places as he represents NSPL to customer.
6.TSE need to enhance his skills and move accordingly to next level for SSE.
7.TSE need to develop and extend their support for other FEs if they are well versed with the problem and the solution.
8.Need to complete at least one technical certification per one financial year.
9.FE / FESR Report & any other reports must be maintained properly which have been asked for.
10.Need to update properly & timely updates on Ticketing portal. Any non-updating of portal and other related areas will be threatened as non-compliance.
11.Any bad mouthing / misbehavior / unprofessional behavior with customer will be under integrity or compliance issue. TSE will be getting warning letter on any of these cases.
12. Travel in the same city &
Own vehicle is mandatory to attend tickets in field. (travel allowance will be paid apart from salary)
