• Taking Inbound Calls from Customers.
• Solving the Query related to product dispatch, Exchange, refund etc
• Managing customers complaints via call and email.
• Outbound calls if required to solve customer query & complaints.

Required Candidate profile

• Candidate should be residing in Andheri East or Andheri West.
• Candidate should have own vehicle for transport.
• Should be available immediately to start.
• Should have customer service experience.
