Assistant Manager/ Regional Service Manager @ Coslight India Telecom

Job Description

Interacting with clients to solve their issues.

Being able to understand clients need and provide solutions

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks

Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

Tests equipment performance and demonstrates operation of equipment to customer.

Analyze and resolve customer concerns and problems, diagnose the root cause, and document

interactions.

Provide on-call and ongoing troubleshooting, technical, and hardware advice and suggestions.

Support remote and local upgrades, installations, and maintenance.

Conduct training and create documentation for other engineers, users, and other audiences.

Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues

Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Interact with service head for field related issue, discuss with design team for possible resolution and raise the change notice to field team.

Generate service revenue from the service activities.

Required Candidate profile

Having good interpersonal skills.

Having excellent problem-solving abilities.

Being able to travel frequently. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

Good knowledge on Lithium and VRLA batteries for Telecom application
