Communicate with pre-defined set of leads for prospecting & sales (via Social Media Marketing and Telecalling)

Understand customer requirements & explain our products' features

Arranging meetings or product demo

Monitor & report on sales performance analytics CRM

Required Candidate profile

Prior experience in telesales/voice process for financial products
Consultative sales approach

Excellent communication skills (Tamil & English)

Driven to learn & grow; target-orientedPersonality - determined, ambitious, self-motivated & pleasant
