Job Description
We are looking for a Freelancing Trainer to enhance the competencies of an individual by designing and conducting training programs that will boost his/her workplace performance in alliance with the company's core values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.Responsibilities
Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
Translating requirements into trainings that will groom candidates for the next step of their career path
Building annual training program and preparing teaching plans
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
Deliver training course
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools
Creating training videos for our YouTube channel
Required Candidate profile
Requirements- Proven experience in designing multiple training events
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle
- Adequate knowledge of learning management software and web delivery tools
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Ability to conduct both online and classroom trainings
- Should known minimum of two regional languages
- Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
- Should be presentable with strong communication skills
- Any Bachelor degree with experience as a trainer
- Ability to do training videos
- Should have experience with video editing for post production of video with annotations, sound gains and video editing using camtasia or anything similar
- Should have decent mic, HD cam and computer to record training videos
- Should have necessary equipment such as tripod and camera and white board for recording presentation videos
- Please attach a demo training video of 5 mins
