Job Type: permanent Role
Job Location : Hyderabad/secunderabad.
Designation : HR Executive.
Description:
- Understand the requirements from the technology perspective and resourcing the right consultants using the Search strings
- Assigned to handle the entire Recruitment activity for Pan India, which includes the decision on source of recruitment, screening of profiles, coordinating selection process
- Handling recruitment process on a wide range of position i.e. Junior, middle & senior levels.
- Handling End to End recruitment for Non-IT & selection process in Organization.
Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling and conducting the initial round of walk in interviews.
Follow up with the candidates and managers at all levels of interview till closure.
Issuing of offer letter, appointment letter and taking onboarding to employees.
Maintenance of employee database and files of HR department.
Taking exit interviews, issuing relieving letter, Processing Full & Final settlement.
Payroll Processing:
Processing company's payroll in every pay period.
Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data.
Employee engagement with respect to wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
Handling changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles.
Handling medical insurance, PF, PT, ESI of employees
