JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT OPERATION EXECUTIVE

• Post: Assistant Operation Executive.
• Experience : More than 1 years experience in logistics & Supply chain or a related filed preferred
• Salary : Will get hike on current CTC
• Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday
• Working hours : 9:30am to 7:00pm (8 hours)
• Must require: Good Command over English communication and mail drafting.
• Must require knowledge: Good knowledge in Tally ERP 9.
• Location: Rajkot

Job roles & Responsibilities of Logistics Operation Executive:

• Responsible for maintaining excel reports.
• Must have knowledge about accounting software (Tally).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Back office work, billing work.
• Good command over mail drafting.
• Build positive and productive working relationship with customers for business growth.
• Oversee the daily activities of the delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
• Coordinate and monitor container operations.
• Utilize logistics software to raise a delivery request and track it to completion.
• Develop and maintain positive business relationship with customers as well as transporter.
• Monitoring changes in transportations.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• To send the required report according to the customer needs.
• Should have knowledge about documentation, Custom clearance etc
