Below skills are mandatory for this Position:

Routing & Switching - Hands-on experience & troubleshooting skills.
Nexus switches knowledge require
Firewall - Checkpoint & Fortigate or any other Firewall hands-on experience
Load Balancer ( Array, Radware or any other) knowledge & Hands-on experience
ACI - At least theory knowledge
SSL Vpn & ITIL process knowledge expected

Mandatory: Require the experience of handling the team, these are the highlight.
