Job Description
Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions, one of the leading company into Tobacco Products since more than 7 decades, looking forH.R. Executive Contract Position
Responsibilities:
Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of labor legislation
A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers.
Solid communication skills. Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.
Honest, ethical, and dependable.
Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite(especially in excel).
Monitor HR departments budget.
. Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
. Oversee daily operations of the HR department. creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing hiring processes

Qualifications: GRADUATE / MBA OR EQUIVALENT WITH HR BACKGROUND
